BBB It’s a bigbuebutton than can give you great possibility! The written tutorial for installation is useless. The tutorial video for installing this plug-in goes into a little more detail but requires you to use a program called Putty.

I was not able to get Putty to work on my computer, so I am not able to use this windoas, even though I very much would like to. BBB needs to update its installation tutorial; the video was inadequate to begin with–it is only about 2 minutes long and gives no helpful details–and is over 6 winddows old at this point.

Thank you seems such a small word to efforts of BBB team. I asked support regarding, recording procedure, I dont get any reply from last 2 weeks. So, it is now Monday, It is now Monday and my recordings are still not there.

Now they state that it can take awhile for recordings to show up but this is ridiculous. I also inquired for help on their Facebook page on Sunday and no one has gotten back to me there either.

If something doesn’t work and there have been a few things, do not expect to get any help. I do NOT recommend this plugin or this service, they both are terrible and just as bad as the customer service.
